You really care about your employees’ physical and emotional health. You would love to have time to check in with each one of them regularly. But with so much regulatory paperwork piling up as your business grows, it’s nearly impossible to keep your head above water. You could have their managers do it, but they’re swamped, too.
Is the stress of keeping up producing some negative attitudes that might be seeping into coworker relationships? Would your employees even speak up if there was an issue or would you find out after an HR explosion? You’ve seen other companies lose creativity and morale this way and don’t want it to be what sinks your ship. Do you hear, “Hi, how are you?” in the hallway without any empathy or eye contact? That might be a yellow flag. Why not get ahead of a potential problem with a convenient way to let your employees breathe, bond, and even have some fun?
I am a veteran for working in advertising and marketing and currently work in public education. That background provides me with compassion and knowledge to tailor classes that are truly effective for stressed out employees and groups. Sessions may include gentle movement, relaxation, meditation, breath work, and yoga flow that meets the needs of any size group or ability level and lead by a yoga therapist. Chair yoga classes are also available.
On-Site Classes
Healthy employees who exercise regularly are more likely to have higher job performance. Do your high-performing, dare I say overachieving, employees have time to prioritize that? Do them a favor. Improve their work-life balance and take the planning off their to-do list by offering lunch hour or on-site, after-work yoga. We can offer classes in a traditional mat format, and yoga for those in-office clothes is also available.
Virtual Classes
Are your employees in separate offices or working from home?
Please allow them to move and breathe wherever they are. Even 20 minutes of movement while sitting at a laptop can produce a significant uptick of productivity and attitude. Virtual or live classes are available, customized to your needs.
No prior yoga or meditation experience is required; and I’ll provide modifications for all levels, including chair-yoga options.

We’ll discuss your goals, and I can answer any questions you might have to determine if we’re a good fit. You’ll explore safe joint warm-ups and ranges of motion for your body while still being given a chance to explore your edge or limits. The class will feature an extended rest, which is critical to your healing and mindfulness meditation. Mindfulness meditation has been shown to reduce stress levels, improve your attention span, decrease negative feelings, and promote better sleep.
