Led by Embodied Yoga Therapist and Somatic Practitioner, Amy Kuscsik (C-IAYT), she weaves together yoga therapy, somatic practices, breath work, restorative movement, sound healing, mindfulness, and integrative coaching — all designed to support the whole person.

We start with a conversation to understand your body, life history, and health goals — creating a safe, compassionate space to hear what your system needs.

From there, I create a tailored session plan using gentle movement, breathwork, restorative poses or sound healing — whichever supports your healing best.
Somatic & Nervous-System Focus Instead of just stretching or “doing yoga,” we tune into what your body holds — tension, patterns of stress, emotional charge — and use mindful practices to help you release and reset.
